Mercy Ministry Discipleship Training School
The Mercy Ministry DTS is part of the YWAM training program and has an emphasis on reaching out to the poor and needy. These schools are excellent learning opportunities for people who want to serve God in practical ways in the area of mercy ministries in the medium to long term.. . RescueNet Basic Training Course
This course usually runs once a year and prepares the participant to better equipped to respond in an emergency situation. Course pre-requisites are to have successfully completed a Youth With A Mission Discipleship Training School. Completion of this course does not mean automatic acceptance into RescueNet. . Birth Attendant School: Perth Australia
Is run at the Youth With A Mission training center in Perth. This school trains mid-wives to assist in pre & post natal care for mothers in the developing world. This school is designed provide care that will reduce the infant mortality rate and the numbers of mothers dying in childbirth. Course pre-requisites are to have successfully completed a Youth With A Mission Discipleship Training School. Further details are available here.
Introduction To Primary Health Care: Melbourne Australia
Will be run in Melbourne every second year usually commencing in September. This school will prepare you for work as a primary health care worker in a cross-cultural setting.
